Our pizzas are cooked, according to Neapolitan traditions and customs,

in a refractory stone oven that is kept at a consistent tempature of 480°C.
Thanks to the high temperatures at which they are cooked, they take around 90 seconds to be ready.

ARRICREARE, originally Arricrearsi, a typical expression of the Neapolitan dialect, that is, to recreate oneself, to be so satisfied with something that the body regenerates, is reborn, recreates itself!
