Are you going for a Tronchetto pizza with Mozarella Flor di Late, Provola Affurmicata, Emmental Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes, Arugula, Parma Ham and Parmesan? An excellent choice. However, if you are looking for a ‘lighter’ version, go without fear to the Ortolona pizza, with Tomato, Mozarella Flor di Latte, Aubergine, Mushrooms and Peppers.
