GENERAL REGULATION ON THE DATA PROTECTION

COMMENTS When visitors leave comments on the site, the data in the comments form, as well as the IP address and browser user agent, are saved to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. MULTIMEDIA When uploading images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded geolocation data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract geolocation data from website images. CONTACT FORMS COOKIES If you leave a comment on our site you can choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. This is for your convenience so you don't have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for a year. If you visit the login page, a temporary cookie will be set to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain personal data and will be deleted when you close your browser. When logging in, some cookies will be set to save your session information and your screen display choices. Session login cookies last for one year. If you select “Remember me”, your login will persist for two weeks. When you end your session, your login cookies will be removed. If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not include personal data, it only indicates the content ID of the article you just edited. Expires after 1 day. CONTENT INCORPORATED FROM OTHER SITES Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves as if the user visited those websites. This website may collect data about you, use cookies, incorporate tracking made by third parties, monitor your interactions with it, including recording interactions with embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Where is your data stored?

The data of our customers and Users is automatically saved on a secure server located in Portugal, being stored in specific databases created for this purpose. These servers are protected and maintained in accordance with the highest security standards and in order to respect applicable privacy laws. If you wish to be removed from our database, you can exercise this right by contacting us through the various means available on the website.

How long do we keep your data?

The period of time during which personal data is stored and maintained varies according to the purpose for which the information is processed. Safeguarding legal requirements, data will be stored and kept only for the minimum period necessary to pursue the purposes that motivated its collection or subsequent processing, under the terms defined by law.

What are the Customer/User rights?

As holders of personal data, Customers/Users are guaranteed, at any time, the right to access, rectify, update, limit and delete their personal data (except when the data is essential for the provision of services and compliance with legal obligations ), the right to object to their use for commercial purposes and to withdraw consent, and the right to data portability.

How we use Cookies
